Asked some Maricopa locals where's a good place to eat at a mom and pop restaurant. That we were on a motorcycle ride and Hungry. The service and the presentation of the food was was on point. Conversation with the locals Was pleasurable. I would recommend this Restaurant to other people. Guaranteed.

The servers were a little slow, considering they weren’t busy at all. However, the food came out fast and was delicious! Best omelet I’ve had. I highly recommended this restaurant for breakfast if you are ever in the area!

The food and service was absolutely awesome. I wish I could remember our servers name. Maybe Dana? She was the best server we've had, and even boxed our leftovers for us. The portions were.l generous, and the price is reasonable. We will definitely be back.

my boyfriend and I were looking for a breakfast spot, I looked at the menu and everything looked so good. the boyfriend said let's just go to Dennys 😑 I said "you sure? Headquarters looks so much better and it's local." he thought about it, and finally we went to Headquarters! there is a restaraunt and a bar. inside the restaurant was rustic looking, yet comfy. there's a sign that says sit anywhere that is clean table. we choose a back corner. we got comfy and our server came within 5 mins. we ordered and didn't have to wait long for food. as we were waiting, we explored our surroundings with our eyes, catching unique things, John wayne pencil portraits, advertisements on the table, and I couldn't get over the pillars. it was very nice in there. our food came in about 10 mins and was HOT! we each got a plate with hashbrowns- and OMG!!!!! THOSE HASHBROWNS WERE THE BEST! CRUNCHY YET SOFT...SO SO GOOD! pancakes are HUGE like 5 inches width and half inch thick. very fluffy with crispy edge. my boyfriend got French toast as a side, and he said it was crunchy and soft, melts in the mouth. we will definetly be back again !

Small cozy place... They have about 15 tables total but what i loved is the fact they kept the original Maricopa decor very country style. The service was good. Friendly staff and attentive. The food portions are huge. You can easily share. Great taste but ALOT of cheese. Price range you pay for what you get ALOT of food... The tables have local business cards good to see they support businesses in the area.

The place doesn’t look like much from the outside I actually thought it might be closed when I went in through the side door. But inside, it was packed and full of energy. The staff was quick to take our order, kept the coffee coming, and the food was seriously good. Best part? The prices were super reasonable.

If you're after a cool diner vibe with tasty food, Headquarters is the spot. The green chicken enchiladas were incredible, and the burger was one of my husband's favorites. Service was super friendly and on point the whole time.

Headquarters isn’t a hip trendy spot, but it nails the classic diner vibe with really good food. The green chicken enchiladas with sour cream and cheese were amazing, and the burger was one of the best my boyfriend has had. Service was excellent too, with a friendly and attentive waitress.

I appreciate the old country cafe feel and atmosphere of this place, and their food is fresh, warm and cooked as ordered. The restaurant is clean, and the servers are welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. What else could you ask? My husband ordered the Chicken Fried Steak breakfast, and I ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs, the portions of which are generous.
